Ariel rocked her studio boudoir session at Bourbon and Pearls Boudoir in Greentown, Indiana with her great tattoos and bright green hair.

The Silver Series
Old photo shoots never die; they just get re-edited.
It’s been fun to look back on the images we’ve created here at Bourbon & Pearls Boudoir. About the first 50 our sessions featured an editing style that I created featuring darker images with a honey tone. In more recent shoots, I’ve begun to use more light and more color so that the images really pop.
And now here in January when life is a bit slower for boudoir photographers, I’ve begun to re-edit a number of sessions in a style that I’m calling my Silver Series. These are black and white images created using a custom setting that I’ve created, and they are just gorgeous! I call it the Silver Series because I think these images would look amazing in a silver picture frame. Black could work too. The images themselves come across as timeless and classic. There is something about transforming an image to black and white that places the focus on the client more than a color photo can do.
I’ll share more of these Silver Series images on the Bourbon & Pearls Facebook page.
